TrustLayer may collect company name, country, contact email, website, business type, cross-border flow, submitted business context, payment metadata, report metadata, generated verification artifacts, and case history linked to the submitted email address.
Data is used to create EUDI-readiness analysis, generate reports, issue shareable verification links, deliver emails, process payments, maintain operational logs, and improve the service.
User case history and report links linked to email are retained for up to 12 months to support dashboard access, report recovery, support, auditability, and repeat purchases, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute reasons. Deletion can be requested where applicable.
Infrastructure and delivery providers may include Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, and PDF rendering providers. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by ContractBot.
